Entry Fee: 3 day $69, 2 day $68 if mailed by 3/1, else $80 at site. Credit Cards not accepted at site.
Discounted EF: $25 discount for Unrated, Juniors Under 19, Seniors over 65, & Handicap. Only 1 discount / player. Discounted EF players count 60% toward base.
Credit cards not accepted at site.
Re-entry $40. Re-entry players count 50% toward base.
CCA minimum ratings will be used.
5th Edition of USCF rules will be used.
This tournament is opened to all USCF members, but highest finishing Texas player in each class is Texas Class Champion. E. G. highest finishing Texas 'A' player in the U2000 section is the Texas Class A Champion.

$6600 in prizes based on 140 full entries in Texas Class. (Entries in Texas Masters do not count toward Texas Class base of entries.)
Up to two ½ point byes available if requested before round 2 and before awarded a full point bye, but byes for both rounds 4 AND 5 is not permitted.
Texas Chess Association membership is recommended but not required.
